Baits and Particles

We aim to process your order within 2 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday. Fresh bait orders are generally dispatched with in 5 working days but in peak times this could be between 7-10 working days, although this is unusual. Please order your bait well in advance if you are planning a fishing trip and need them by a specific date.

All our rolled bait is 'hand made'. We aim to send out the highest finished quality boilies. When sending rolled bait fresh or particles they will only be sent by our next day delivery service, On receipt of payment we would require your day time phone number so we can call to tell you or leave a message to let you know when its been dispatched. If you are unable to be there and it can be left in a secure place we would need to let our courier know. It can be sent to an address of your choice whether it be a home or work ideally someone being there to receive and sign for it. We cannot tell you what time it will arrive, just that it will be on the day that we arrange with you unless you pay extra for timed delivery. When sending frozen bait, we will only dispatch Monday to Thursday as our couriers do not deliver Saturday, although if you wish to pay the extra carriage for Saturday delivery please let us know and we can let you know what the carriage would be. We wrap the frozen baits in bubble wrap, put into a box lined with polystyrene, and then freeze the whole package. Our courier collects at the end of the day, so your bait will stay out of the freezer for as little time as possible.

We will not send fresh or frozen bait out without contacting you first.

Flavours, Oils and Dry Products

If the items you order are in stock we will endeavor to send them out the same day if ordered and paid for before midday excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Please be aware that at certain times, certain natural ingredients may not be available, or change. Whilst we endeavor to maintain a level of fresh quality stock which allows us to manufacture your bait promptly and consistently, our suppliers can run out of, or change ingredients due to seasonal availability, natural disasters etc.

Your chosen recipe will never be shared with others unless your permission is given. This is our strict policy.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, although any price increases will be kept to a minimum.

The products on our site are bought  and used for feeding of animals and are NOT MEANT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.  We are not liable as a company if this is not adhered to.

IMPORTANT ALWAYS READ THE LABEL

Always Read The Label. Store in a cool dry place out of sight and reach of children. Products supplied are not intended for human consumption.

We provide product information purely for guidance. We use considerable effort to keep the information on this site up to date but make no guarantee as to the accuracy of the information. Canceling orders

Orders made on non-perishable items can be cancelled in writing within a seven-day period. If boilies are made to your specific recipe then they can not be cancelled

RETURNS POLICY

For all returns, please contact us first  via e-mail or phone.

NON FAULTY ITEM/S MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION WHEN FIRST SENT OUT, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE RETURN AND COST OF POSTAGE & PACKAGING BACK TO OUR BUSINESS ADDRESS.

For non-perishable goods that are damaged in transit , our policy is to exchange the goods as long as they are returned in the packaging in which they were sent, return costs will not be refunded unless we can claim from either Royal Mail or our Courier

For non-perishable goods that are faulty , our policy is to exchange the goods as long as they are returned in the packaging in which they were sent by royal mail or courier, return costs will be refunded  once received back and verified as faulty.

Rolled boilies made to your specifications cannot be returned. If you have a problem with your finished bait then speak to us - we will endeavour to sort any problems out.

VAT

Our prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable. Goods sent to private individuals within the EU will attract VAT at the current UK rate. Goods sent to companies within the EU can be zero rated if a VAT registration number is supplied. We advise you to order by telephone, e-mail or fax if this applies to you.

Non UK customers

We are a UK based company. All items on our Internet site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If GBP is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will be dependent upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed. You can change the currency type at the top of the website.

Is your Product in Stock?

If you place a product into your basket and it shows out of stock. It then we haven't got the item in stock. Please note we will still maybe able to get most items to you within 7 working days or you can phone or email us to see how long the item will take to deliver. If the item is in stock it will be sent out the same day if your order is placed Monday to Friday before 3pm. If we are unable to get the item from our suppliers in a reasonable time we will advise you and refund your order.
